On the issue of classified information, I think this is a very disastrous provision. While he is in ODM and they would use this as a platform to campaign for ODM, I would have no quarrel but we are sure that this is not an ODM agenda and he should steer clear from propelling the ODM agenda using this Bill because it may not receive the necessary attention and support. view
