We asked all those questions, and said that some may be beyond the Governor. This is because without the money, there is no way that the people can be assured of the highest attainable standards of health. view

We said ourselves that so far, there are five pointers that a Committee or the House should consider before an impeachment. The allegations must be serious, substantial, and weighty.
