We need concurrence that gives the Senate an opportunity to have an input in all Bills that come to Parliament. Often times, Bills are dealt with in the National Assembly without the involvement of the Senate. That business should be a thing of the past. We have very good jurisprudence from the Supreme Court. I am strongly opposed to the idea of sending our children to Haiti and time will vindicate us. As I speak, the only presence we have of America in Somalia is through the bombings they are doing against the Al-Shabaab.
