• 1 Apr 2025 in Senate: Yes, I want to inform my neighbour, the good Senator of Kericho, that the official premises of the County Assembly of Nyamira have not been broken into. They are functional. One faction of the Assembly sits there. Even last week, after the appearance before the County Public Accounts Committee (CPAC), they sat there. What is happening is a situation where the governor chooses to deal with one faction outside the official premises of the County Assembly of Nyamira. However, in terms of the status of the building, the infrastructure, everything is intact and in place. view

We cannot speak for more than three minutes if we need to transact on the business that is on the Order Paper. Let us find a way of bringing this business back to the House so that we give Members adequate time to comment on issues of how counties are spending money. There is very little you can say in three minutes. Thank you. view
