Finally, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was in this House when Sen. Wambua persuaded us to be fair to Sen. Wetangula. We did not listen. As I conclude, I request this House to reject these names. We should adjourn and go to kamukunji for o ur leaders to listen to us. We need to present a list that is fair to all of us. It will also give time to Senators to discharge their functions. The cardinal rule in this House is that we should never cast aspersions on another Senator. Rarely do I stand to defend the Majority Side, especially, Sen. Cherarkey, but on this one, is Sen. The Member is creating the impression that the Constitution of the Republic of Kenya has not created an enabling constitutional framework for CSs to appear before the House and respond to all the queries that this House may wish them to clarify. What I should be hearing from the Senate Majority Leader is that the President should tell his incoming CSs to respect the Senate.
