They are Somalis from North Eastern Province who are doing business in Easleigh. Could he substantiate his claims? Is it in order for the Minister to tell us that the IGAD Summit has accepted to involve the Front Line States in securing the stability of Somalia when, in fact, we know that we did not have Al-Shabaab in 2006 before Ethiopian forces went into Somalia and occupied that country? I know our country will never do it. I congratulate the Minister for Foreign Affairs and all the policy makers for that. We can only be involved in building the capacity of the Somali armed forces and help them with the military hardware they need to go and stabilise their country. He intends to carry out very good steps in calling the stakeholders to see how the standards of education can be improved.
