We are talking about the basic needs of Kenyans. We are talking about accessibility of food. If they cannot access food, they will die. The question the hon. Member is asking is: What interventions is the Assistant Minister taking to make sure that food is easily accessible to Kenyans? He should talk about subsidies and other things. It is important that we have fewer documents, and it is also important that we take into consideration the number of man-hours we use every time we have to go for these documents. We spend hundreds of man-hours and we lose so much. If that could be converted into capital, this country would be a First World country.
