I know our country will never do it. I congratulate the Minister for Foreign Affairs and all the policy makers for that. We can only be involved in building the capacity of the Somali armed forces and help them with the military hardware they need to go and stabilise their country. He intends to carry out very good steps in calling the stakeholders to see how the standards of education can be improved.
