Order, Hon. Members. The Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning is proposing an amendment that is in the Order Paper. So, the presumption is that every Member has read and internalised it, and has taken a position on it. What kind of consultation do you want to do? This amendment is in the Order Paper. All the Members must have read it. If anybody wants to shed light on it in opposition, he can proceed to do so. Hon. Chair, you have moved the proposed amendment as per the Order paper.
