• 25 Aug 2016 in National Assembly: about the two-thirds gender rule. I have heard rumours from both sides of the political divide. It is neither here nor there. The main thing is party hopping. Personally, I do not support that, but the majority of Members feel that it should be allowed because there is no internal democracy in parties and someone popular can be locked out because they have differences with the owner of the party.
