I do not think he is taking this matter with the seriousness that it deserves. We are talking about disbursement of funds to the counties. We all know the provisions of the law. We all know that the senate is supposed to be the guardian of counties. The central Government has in the last four months failed to disburse funds to county governments. I am sure that these answers are there; it is not something that will be researched on. The hon. Senator will do this House a lot of good if this Statement can be responded to this week.
