  • 6 Nov 2024 in National Assembly: A matter arose yesterday during debate. This had something to do with the business Parliament transacted around the Motion. Do you remember the matter of the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) officers? You remember the Cabinet Secretary was privileged to answer in Parliament. Yesterday, it was alleged that the matter went to court. The court nullified those employments on account of the matters you are dealing with. Despite even the court order, those people are all working. That is in defiance of the Article 232 of the Constitution that you are pushing through this Motion. What do you say to that? ... view
