It is not just about the availability of land. The Cabinet Secretary has guided on the further steps that ought to be taken and the offices to contact, so that the interventions from the Ministry can be made. Would that be satisfactory? view

The Cabinet Secretaries are given this platform so that most of those policy positions on critical things like certificates can be spoken about in Parliament as the nation watches. As Members of Parliament, we need to direct the people we represent, whose certificates are held, to approach the institutions that are holding them.
