Members, I gave priority to female Members because of what we have in Article 53 of the Constitution, not because of gender bias. Article 53 of the Constitution says whatever we do, we consider the best interest of children. You know female Members have some duties to those important Kenyans. We have enough time. I want to call on Hon. Wambugu Wainaina, the Member from whose constituency we got one of the best presidents who have ruled our country. view
