Hon. Kamene, before you comment on that, because the proposal is by the President, we can enrich those thoughts and possibly come up with a Bill. How would you propose we realise the two-thirds gender rule? Do we go by what the President is proposing or do you have a different proposal? Ultimately, we want to go through it as you say.
