The only challenge, and I want to put it to the Speakers’ Panel and the Clerk’s Office, is that enormous work of this country will be done through the committees. We have seen reports which come to this House without minutes. Can you embrace the initiative of making digital devices available so that we can be able to do every business digitally? Deputy Speaker, the Inspector-General of Police is not able to secure the country for the simple reason that if you look at the security apparatus in this country, other than him sitting up there, everybody down here is from one ethnic formation. There is a malfunction in the Government.
