Temporary Deputy Chairman, the reason is to correct the numbering by inserting “one” immediately after the number “137”. The other justification is the word “fit” is limiting. The amendment seeks to empower the court to issue the non-interference order referred to under paragraph (i) against any person and not just a fit person. This is an order given to prevent a person from interfering with the life of a child. view
