On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I think the Minister has to be serious because this is a grave matter that requires urgent attention. The Ombudsman has convicted us before undergoing any trial and we wonder why he has not delivered this Statement and yet he promised to deliver it today.
