Could the Prime Minister inform this House why the Government has refused to compensate the Sinai Fire victims and yet in the recently concluded investigations carried out by the Government, it was revealed that the fire was caused by negligence of the Kenya Pipeline Corporation (KPC) to repair one of their faulty gaskets?
