Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to apologize to hon. Members to the extent that it is the responsibility of the Executive to have Bills published on time and brought back to this House as Acts of the House. Personally, however, it is very difficult for me to supervise the Government Printer. The Government Printer is not under my office. He does not answer to me, but he is the person who publishes the vellums. He does so, on a priority list that we always urge him to follow.
