This is for the same reasons of correcting cross-referencing and moving provisions for a further hearing because the matter has been determined by the disciplinary committee and the right to be heard applied. Further, it seeks to recognise that the right for appeal is a legal right and, therefore, it needs not be legislated in the Bill. view
