It is very difficult for any country, even individuals who want to grow, to grow without borrowing. All the first-class economies are where they are because they borrowed. I came to this House on a wheelchair. As we speak now, I am on my two feet. I have been on a wheelchair for some time and when we go on recess our electorate expect that we serve them. Secondly, I thank the people of Othaya for electing me to represent them in the 12th Parliament. I congratulate His Excellency the President on the great Speech that he delivered to this House.
