I am saying this because the Members of the Committee are likely to be in Kampala the whole of next week. If it is not discussed tomorrow, then there will be further delay. Probably, the appropriate thing for me to do is to approach you in your Chambers and the Clerk, to determine when that Motion can be debated. view
