11 Oct 2018 in Senate:
First, I want to tell the House that this was not an easy decision to be made, and our friend, Sen. Were, is aware. We have had fellowship together and it is a decision that was made with her participation. I wish to tell the House that this decision has nothing to do with her performance; she has worked very well for the NASA Coalition and for the House generally. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will circulate the letter that I wrote to you so that the House can understand the context within which the decision was made. You should ...

I wish to congratulate Sen. Kwamboka, and I hope that, that spirit of bi-partisanship that we have seen in the last few months will continue. 2 Oct 2018 in Senate:
Thank you very much, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I must congratulate you for taking that bold decision. It has happened for the first time. Never before has any Chamber of the House when it was bicameral in the previous year; National Assembly or the Senate, ever held their sittings outside Nairobi, leave alone sessions. I believe that was a matter of courage despite what others might want to say. It is there in the Constitution that Parliament can meet in any part of Kenya. It demonstrates that every part of Kenya is as important as any other part of Kenya. In ...
