So, that will apply to both 168 and 169. These are the marginal notes. I do not know whether the heading; “Consequential Amendments” is supposed to be part of the Bill. view

The Attorney- General under his general powers can bring a Bill or a Motion to reorganize the way we consolidate and harmonize. That can still be done but not in the present proceedings. view
