25 Apr 2012 in National Assembly:
Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the people who will be members of the Commission are in the body of the Bill. This is just a panel. What is in the Schedule is a panel, but for the Commission, you have to look at the composition and administration under the membership of the Commission. That is Clause 7 in the Bill. It shall consist of the Chairperson and eight members, how they are appointed and the qualifications are all there. These include land survey and special planning. They are all there.

19 Apr 2012 in National Assembly:
On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. It is wrong for my learned friend to create that impression. If you look at the paper he is carrying, the Minister’s notes are more current on what hon. Njuguna was saying. We can lay what he has on the Table and what the Minister has on the Table and you can see that all the points which hon. Njuguna has raised, he has noted them down. I can tell you that. I am an hon. Member and you should trust what I am telling you.
