His Speech to this honourable House was an excellent one. He reminded us of the oath we took which states in part that we are to obey, respect, uphold, preserve and defend the Constitution. His Excellency the President reminded us once again that from Mombasa to Malaba, we are all one irrespective of the geographical locations where we were born, where we live or ordinarily reside.
