Kule Turkana ni kama ugonjwa wa saratani ni mwingi sana katika maeneo ambayo jua ni jingi sana. Wakati mtu katika eneo hilo anapatikana na ugonjwa huo, inakuwa vigumu mtu huyo kukubali kuenda hospitalini, kwa sababu ile ada ambayo atatozwa pale ni kubwa zaidi na hataweza kuilipa. Before, I make my contribution I thank Loima Constituency Football Club which won the inter-constituencies competition which was sponsored by Coca-Cola. A team I formed during the competitions performed well and took the trophy. • 5 Dec 2018 in National Assembly: I think by ratifying this Protocol, we will open new opportunities in terms of trade and industry. My community directly deals with the people of Uganda in matters of trade. By allowing the ICT system between the partner states to operate, the people of Loima will know the types of viable businesses they can engage in with the Ugandan Government. Secondly, because sometimes we have issues with our neighbours it will enhance peaceful co-existence between communities and especially the pastoralist who move from place to place. I come from a constituency that does not really enjoy these kinds of services. I think we are all aware that most of our areas in Turkana County are not connected even with telecentres or Safaricom boosters. So, with provision of free internet to all the 290 constituencies, I think my constituency, and even other constituencies in Turkana County and the northern parts, will enjoy this service directly. To me, trying to attend to that insecurity has been a very hard thing because I cannot talk to my people in Kotaruk. By having free internet and even having the telecentres within those particular areas, we will address the issues of insecurity across the country or those parts that are affected by insecurity. The advantage of this kind of service of free Wi-Fi is that it can be accessed via satellite through a very small aperture terminal. I will start by recognising my honourable colleague, Mr. Jomo, for bringing this important Motion. Indeed, incidents of arson across the country have become so many. This surely puts us in an awkward situation in trying to determine what is really happening across the country.
