They have a lot of capacity for co-operatives, but they have not been harnessed so that they can form co-operatives that will actually help them and engineer this economy moving forward. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, it may not be correct for a Member to state on the Floor of the House that TSC is unwilling to employ more teachers for TVET. The truth is that we are in the budget-making process. We had moved to have more money given to TSC not only to employ teachers in the primary and secondary schools, but also to the TVET institutions.
