They have a lot of capacity for co-operatives, but they have not been harnessed so that they can form co-operatives that will actually help them and engineer this economy moving forward. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, it may not be correct for a Member to state on the Floor of the House that TSC is unwilling to employ more teachers for TVET. The truth is that we are in the budget-making process. We had moved to have more money given to TSC not only to employ teachers in the primary and secondary schools, but also to the TVET institutions. So, it is not in order to state that on the Floor of the House. view
