I keep on saying that any Order of Business that comes to this House passes through the Clerk of the National Assembly and the Speaker. It is important for us to know the process, so that when we have some issues, we can raise them during the process. I was contributing to this very good Motion by my good friend, hon. Bowen on the supply and distribution of power by Kenya Power. The Motion talks about liberalization, monopoly and competition.
