Thank you very much, hon. Speaker for giving me a chance to contribute to this Motion. First, I want to bring in new facts. The first is that most of these crises are fueled by Western powers. They have done it in Northern Africa; they now want to move to Central Africa. They started in fact some 54 years ago in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and there has never been peace there.
