In fact, the problems we have with the tea sector today, I would be happy…I can hear Hon. Mbarire saying they have amendments. That would give me comfort. When it comes to the President’s Speech, it is practically impossible to speak on each item that the President presents. It is important that you pick on a specific issue. If it is national values, then pick, emphasise and talk about it in a manner that exhausts it. I am the Chairman of ODM. If you come to the constitution of our party, the Chairman only consults with the party leader on matters of policy in the party.
