protecting him from the corrupt. Who is corrupt? Does he mean that we are more corrupt than him who goes to Ruto to pick money every day?

2 Oct 2019 in National Assembly:
He is picking money from the face of corruption and then he calls others corrupt. That is something we cannot accept. He has to withdraw that. Otherwise, we are not… Stop being stupid.

2 Oct 2019 in National Assembly:
Hon. Deputy Speaker, now that Hon. Ndindi Nyoro has accepted to behave well, I will withdraw but he should know there are big boys and small boys in every organisation. Certainly, he is a small boy and I am a big boy when we are in this Parliament.

He must take that into consideration. However, I withdraw if he felt scandalised.

1 Oct 2019 in National Assembly:
Hon. Speaker, for about 11 years plus, I have never been lost like I am lost today. I did not hear any reasonable point of order from Hon. Ichung’wah. Neither did I hear it from Hon. Junet. All these issues that have come up to me come out like contributions, yet I thought you had proposed the Question so that we deal with this amendment. If there is any Member who wants to contribute to the amendment by Hon. Hassan, let him or her come out and contribute. The consensus in this House is that we put the amendment to ...

I am saying this because if the law is used against me today, I support and somebody else supports, it will be used against you tomorrow. For instance, as I was supporting Hon. Nyoro I said he was supporting when atrocities were committed against us. But, ...

26 Sep 2019 in National Assembly:
Therefore, because of this I want to urge that this matter be taken with the seriousness it deserves. It should go before the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security and the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs so that it is dealt with by the two Committees to show the seriousness. If we leave this trend to continue, next time it will not just be people outside Parliament, it will be visited upon MPs. So, to show the seriousness those two Committees should deal with it. I would also want to urge that as the Committees deal, there ...

19 Sep 2019 in National Assembly:
I, first of all, want to register my appreciation to the Committee, through the Chair, for, at least, responding to this House in a short time, as quickly as possible. This is a matter of national importance. The issue of that girl caught the attention of this country for what happened to a small young girl who is below the age of 15 years. Listening to the Chair of the Committee, I get it that this Report is based on the findings and investigation done and the witness was the TSC, which is the employer of the teacher who was ...
