Mung’aro did not agree with Hon. Gethenji, he would have stood on a point of order to correct the notion that he has officially crossed the Floor to the Jubilee side. Failure to do that confirms that Hon. Mung’aro has defected, in which case, as the political party that sponsored Hon. Mung’aro to his House, we would be at liberty to take action. view
