Temporary Deputy Chairman, looking at what the President is quoting for rejecting this Bill with regard to elective office, I want to advance the following two arguments. Firstly, the President has quoted the Presidential Retirement Benefits Act, 2013. For those who may not know, this Act was passed in 2003, but it was amended in 2013.
