Odhiambo-Mabona has spoken to, it is very clear that this House cannot amend the list on the Floor of the House through a Motion that is brought to constitute a Committee. It should be done through the right procedure. Ours is to either endorse or reject the entire list. Besides that, hon. Gideon Mung’aro has just attempted to propose an amendment. Hon. Speaker, we are confronted with a situation that is probably difficult to handle because the Constitution contemplates only Bills being transacted by the two Houses but before us is a Motion. Nevertheless, I rise to support the Motion with an amendment.
