• 10 May 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am particularly concerned with the implementation of Article 80, Leadership and Integrity. This particular legislation is required to be in place in good time. We want Kenyans to internalize it and understand the calibre of leaders they are supposed to elect before the next general elections. So, the Leader of Government Business needs to come out and tell us exactly when this piece of legislation will be brought to this House. view
