• 26 Aug 2011 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, we were trying to avoid the mischief because transferring voters from another constituency is not illegal. However, when you do it in a way that clearly shows intent to influence the outcome of an election in another constituency, then that becomes illegal or unethical. That is why we feel that if you transfer substantial number of voters, then that should be outlawed. view
