It says:- “The sovereign power belongs to the people of Kenya and that sovereign power can be exercised either directly or through their democratically elected representatives.” view

It is impossible. I want to ask the Deputy Prime Minsiter and Minister for Local Government if he could stop this exercise and form committees in the constituencies for proper implementation of this programme.
