  • 5 Oct 2010 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for the Minister to refer only to the IDPs in camps, when the Question was encompassing all the IDPs, including the integrated IDPs because that is her responsibility? view
  • 5 Oct 2010 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Given that Cabinet positions are actually public positions, I think it is the right of Kenyans to know where Ministers are, especially when they are called to duty in this House. view

I would like to inform him that not all fish comes from Lake Naivasha. His allegation may affect the economy of my constituency which relies heavily on fish. So, could he withdraw that allegation? view

It is secondary education funds which includes bursary funds which are part of secondary education funds. That is the information I am giving him. I hope now he is informed. So that includes bursaries. view

Given the skewedness of the allocation of resources, this is a matter of equity and abuse of public office. Could this matter be referred to the relevant Committee of the House, so that it is properly looked at? There are so many regions in this country that need water.
