• 10 Feb 2021 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Allow me to just say a word. I need less than a minute to say something about this Procedural Motion. You will notice the difference is that we are allowing the Chairs of the Audit Committees to take 60 minutes in moving Motions as opposed to reports of other committees, which are being constrained to 20 minutes. The difference is that Audit Committees are required to prepare comprehensive reports for every financial year covering all ministries, departments and State agencies. The PAC is expected to do so.
