You remember that there is no money circulating because the SMEs are not borrowing anymore. If you line up the borrower with the guarantor at the same time, nobody will guarantee anything. That is why the economy is going down. I oppose this. I am so sorry that the President could knock down such an amendment. This was going to help us in the long run. view
