On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Members want to contribute to this, but many are taking the opportunity to discuss the larger Motion while we are still at the amendment stage. Why can you not put the question on the amendment, then those who want to contribute can contribute to the Motion. Remember, we have very serious business on the Revenue Formula that we would want to listen to, get an update and make a decision as a House. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I ask that you put the question.

Omogeni, the question that we have - because in this process you were sent by the Senate - was when were you going to come back to us and explain what is going on? I think the Senate Majority Leader was in order if he was rising on Standing Order No.32.
