My late mother, Mrs. Emily Ayoti Kubasu, as she was known, was one of the last Kenyans to win medals in short distance races in this county. view

We have had a long running joke, as a family, that there was the newspaper cutting of their wedding day saying: “Star athlete marries tyre dealer”. • 26 Sep 2018 in Senate: there is adequate budget to build stadia. This is the only way we can nurture our sports people. It is sad that, nowadays, schools are being approved without playing grounds. In the past, it was unheard of that a school could be approved without a playground. We want to make sure that, that is implemented. I support many teams in this country.
