Yesterday, I alluded to the fact that the National Land Commission (NLC) should be involved. While I understand why my distinguished uncle must defend his distinguished brother, I did not insinuate anything to do with the character of the individual. He possibly did not know. Finally, this matter of railway pensioners came to my Committee. It was brought by Sen. Khaniri. The Green Park, which was taken by the Nairobi Metropolitan Service (NMS), the railway pensioners were supposed to be given Kshs1.2 billion over more than 12 months arrears.
