I support it because I know it will come with many benefits for our country. In Kenya, we mostly depend on agriculture. Most of our farmers grow their crops but lack market. Digital banking and credit facility help Kenyans, especially low earners. I remember some of my constituents enjoy borrowing through the Fuliza platform. We need to move from analogue to digital platforms. Many banks have adopted this. We need to support the move because it helps the wananchi in the villages where they cannot even access banks. I am excited and would like to congratulate the Committee for the good amendments to the Irrigation Act. When we talk about irrigation, we are talking about water.
