Hon. Karua, we have got a technical problem. This amendment has not been proposed. Could we give the Floor to the Chair of the Constitutional Implementation Commission (CIOC)? We cannot put the question because there are Members who want to contribute. But let us propose it, so that we allow more Members to debate.
