Hon. Millie, I understand your concern, but I hope that the hon. Members know that we are in the Committee of the Whole House and may not be able to actually prosecute all the business if we have to go into details on each of the clauses. So, I hope that hon. Members should have by this stage actually read the Bill. I also hope that we will get more copies, so that the hon. Members can update themselves on what is under discussion.
