Order! Hon. Members, quite honestly, we are getting out of our realm. We cannot be coming to legislate for ourselves. We cannot come and talk about a clause that limits everybody else and exempts the Members of the Tenth Parliament. My earlier ruling stands. Let us stick by what we decided. We went into Division and this matter was dealt with.
