No, Minister. We do not want to get into the kind of confusion we got into the first time. I want to give Millie an opportunity, because she had a similar amendment to that of hon. Keynan. Could we have--- What is your point of order, hon. Kabogo?

24 Aug 2012 in National Assembly:
Hon. Kabogo, that is what I said. I did not allow him to move the new clause because I said we do not want to get into the issues that we got into earlier on. But the reason I am giving hon. Millie is because her amendment is similar to the Committee’s. It is exactly the same as the Committee’s.
